Surprisingly good little game. I wonder if there are other endings
(waterfox/firefox) can't even play. the console says something about the upgrades not working
So yeah, the game is really fun. It would be great, if you could navigate the upgrade menu easier. Being able to zoom in the upgrade menu (and maybe even in the world) would be cool.
My strategy was to spawn as many workers as fast as possible, while they're worth their cost, and then let them run out of time. I found it somewhat annoying, when a super slow worker spawned, since I wasn't able to use up all of the "free worker" limit efficiently.
I also don't think you should be worried about using the word "death" instead of "retirement" ;)
I agree, the research UI is probably the weakest part of the game (and annoyingly, one of the parts I spent the most time on!). Thanks for playing and for the feedback!
p.s. "retirement" is used only as a euphemism by The Company, not me censoring myself ;)
Nice game. But I noticed the free worker counter is off. Have the "First 5 workers are free" update but have only 4 free workers. Have to pay for the 5th.
Thanks for playing and for the bug report - should be fixed now!
I didn't expect much but I was pleasantly surprised this game was awesome
Thanks for playing!
cool game, shame it was so short, but I enjoyed it.
Thanks for giving it a shot and leaving a comment! One of my primary goals with this project was to actually finish a game for once, so I had to keep a tight leash on the scope. Next project I'll stretch a bit more :)
Completing a game is half the battle. I spent 3 months making my first game, and 3 years on the second lol
it doesnt seem to be loading when i click new game, is there something im missing?
Edit:ok ive figured out it doesnt work on firefox but does on chrome, dont know if you have any plans on fixing that but just informing you
Thanks for letting me know - I've just updated it and it should work on Firefox now.
Still doesn't seem to work on FF.
It does indeed now work in FireFox. Thanks!
